Hassad Food, established in 2008, is a fully owned subsidiary of Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and serves as the country’s investment arm in the food and agribusiness sectors. The maintenance services project involved comprehensive CCTV maintenance and the installation of advanced NVR systems to ensure robust security and surveillance.
- CCTV Maintenance: Regular inspection and servicing of CCTV cameras to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This includes cleaning lenses, checking connections, and updating firmware.
- NVR Installation: Deployment of high-capacity Network Video Recorders capable of handling multiple high-definition video streams. The NVRs were configured for remote access, allowing security personnel to monitor footage from anywhere.
- Cable Termination and Testing: Precision termination of coaxial and Ethernet cables to ensure minimal signal loss and interference. Rigorous testing was conducted using advanced tools to verify connectivity and performance.
- Storage Solutions: Implementation of scalable storage systems designed to handle large volumes of video data. This included RAID configurations for redundancy and data protection.
- Video Management System (VMS) Implementation: Integration of a sophisticated VMS to manage and analyze video feeds. The VMS features motion detection, real-time alerts, and advanced search capabilities to quickly locate specific events.
